🚨 A Little Behind-the-Scenes Update from Lux 🚨

If you’ve been wondering where we’ve been the last few days… we’ve had quite the unexpected adventure. 😅

A faulty thermostat within our hood system triggered our fire suppression system, which unfortunately resulted in our entire restaurant being flooded 💦 and not only with just water, but water and oil from our fryers, so it's been quite the slip n' slide!

For the past three days, our incredible Lux crew has been working nonstop cleaning, drying, scrubbing, fixing, and getting everything back into shape so we can safely welcome you through our doors again.

We'd also like to say a huge THANK YOU to the Waukee Fire Department for their quick response time, and clean up assistance.

But with that being said, WE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS!
⭐ WE ARE OPEN FOR DINNER TODAY AT 4:30PM ⭐

Thank you for sticking with us, and for your kind words of encouragement. We can’t wait to see you back at the table!

We don’t like it either, but unfortunately we will be Closed for Maintenance Wednesday, September 30th as well, while we await our final inspection.
We apologize for the inconvenience!

🚨 PSA 🚨
Due to an unforeseen emergency over night, unfortunately we will be closed today and tomorrow!
We will provide updates as soon as we are aware!

Thank you for your understanding.

Love our Bone Marrow Pho but want MORE MEAT? 👀🥩
No problem! Swap it out for a hearty Short Rib!
With the same rich, aromatic broth and all the same delicious ingredients, but with tender, fall-apart beef short rib instead of bone marrow.

🔥 Same pho.
🥩 More meat.
🍜 BIGGER cravings.

If you like your pho rich, hearty, and seriously satisfying, this bowl has your name on it.

Available every day until we run out!

Little appetites deserve big flavor! More than your average mac n' cheese or chicken nugget menu. Our Kids Menu features a fried rice or noodle option!

Chicken Fried Rice - fluffy fried rice tossed with vegetables, egg, tender chicken, and packed with savory flavors. Chicken not your jam? Substitute beef instead!

Chicken Garlic Egg Noodles - soft stir-fried egg noddles with chicken and delicious garlic flavors.

👌Kid tested. Kid approved.👌

Short Rib Dan Dan Noodles - fall-off-the-bone braised beef short rib tossed with soft noodles, savory ground pork, our house peanut sauce, and a chili oil as spicy 🌶 (or not spicy) as you like it. Finished with pickled mustard greens for the perfect tangy bite, topped with peanuts 🥜 and scallions for a little crunch factor!

🍹 Cocktail Features of The Week 🍹
Blueberry Passionfruit 🫐 Haku vodka, blueberry, passionfruit, and a demerara sugar rim - bright, fruity & tropical.

Strawberry Sunrise 🍓 Malibu coconut rum, strawberry puree, lemonade - basically sunshine in a glass.

Which pairing is next on your need-to-try list?
