Real reviews like this mean everything to us 🙌🔥

“Obsessed! My rating: 10/10… my husband’s rating: 10/10… my son said 100/10, can we go eat there??” 🥹

Hearing that our food is not only loved, but compared to some of the best BBQ around and STILL comes out on top… that’s what keeps us going. From the first bite to the last, this is exactly what we’re working for.

We’re beyond grateful for every order, every message, and every person who supports our small business 🤍

This is just the beginning… G & C Smoking BBQ & Squeezing Lemonade is here 🔥🍋

Behind the scenes 👀🔥

A lot more goes into our menu than just great food. Every item you see was tested, tasted, and perfected until it felt just right. From long hours at the smoker getting that deep, smoky flavor… to squeezing fresh lemons by hand for that perfect balance of sweet and tart 🍋

There were late nights, early mornings, and plenty of “one more try” moments to make sure we’re bringing you nothing but the best. This isn’t just a menu — it’s a piece of our story, our roots, and our passion for bringing a little taste of Texas to Iowa 🤠

We can’t wait for you all to try it 🤍
