In the food truck industry, you meet some of the greatest people. Gerardo and Florina of Taqueria Paloma are just amazing! And their food is just as good and amazing! I have worked alongside of them many times, and I always look forward to working along side them again. If you ever out and about, and you come across Taqueria Paloma, stop what you're doing and check them out.

Founded in honor of a fallen Marine, Darkhorse Lodge offers veterans a place to relax, reconnect, heal, and build camaraderie at no cost to them.

Listen up, platoon! Drop your gear and lock your eyes and ears on me.

I’ve seen more movement out of a three-legged sloth under anesthesia than what you're showing me right now. Unsat! Brush your teeth, wash the grime off your faces, and put on the uniform of the day. We are going to look squared away, or so help me, you will be doing pushups on a fire ant mound until the ants get tired.
Before we move out, I want a moment of silence from this platoon. Shut your traps, pray, be respectful, and think.

Memorial Day weekend isn't about extra rack time or getting sunburned. The true meaning of this day is paid in blood, sweat, and the empty boots of the brave souls who gave everything so you could stand there breathing my oxygen. We honor the fallen by remembering their sacrifice. Never forget it.

Now, snap to! Our mission today is a mandatory operations rally. We are heading to Sew Hop'd Huntley, Illinois.

Time On Target: 1300 to 2000 hours (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
The Cause: Darkhorse Lodge is an incredible outfit providing a peaceful retreat for combat veterans to relax, heal, and build camaraderie at zero cost. It was founded in honor of a fallen Marine. We support our own. Period.
The Chow: Snack Attack Gourmet Popcorn Company is flanking the perimeter alongside world famous Smash’D. They will be slinging the absolute best smashed burgers and popcorn in this entire state of chaos called Illinois.

Am I making myself clear? You will show up, you will support this mission, and you will honor our veterans.

Listen up, you pillow heads! Get out of that rack, and square yourselves away. I want the uniform of the day on, and I want it pristine.

Listen up, because I am only saying this once. We have an operation to execute. Snack Attack Gourmet Popcorn Company—the absolute best gourmet popcorn in this entire miserable state—is embarking on a top-secret mission at home base Kishwaukee Brewing Company.

Tomorrow, May 17th, from 1200 to 1800 hours—that is 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM for you slow learners—we are establishing a perimeter for the The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride After Party.

We are not flying solo on this deployment. We are working side-by-side with our tactical culinary asset and good friend, Naan-Wala's Taste Of India .

Your direct orders are to get down there, get your hunger under control, and neutralize those cravings. Do not make me come looking for you. If you fail to show up, you will be scrubbing latrines with a toothbrush until the next century.

Listen up, you heap of low-reg, slack-jawed primitives! Tighten it up or I’ll tighten it for you!

I’ve seen better discipline in a kindergarten sandbox. This weekend is Mother’s Day, and if I catch even one of you knuckleheads slacking on the woman who brought your sorry hides into this world, you’ll wish you were back in pre school eating boogers!

Mothers, listen close: If these slackers give you any lip, any attitude, or anything less than five-star service, you report directly to me. I’ll ensure their life becomes a continuous loop of low-crawls through a cactus patch.

Here’s the drill: You’re going to look squared away. Brush those fangs, wash the grime off your mugs, and put on the uniform of the day. We are mobilizing to Lowe's Home Improvement in Village of Lake in the HillsVillage of Lake in the Hills, IL this Sunday, May 10th. We’ll be on-site from 1100 to 1600—that’s 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM for those of you who still need help tying your own shoelaces. We’re getting the world’s best popcorn from Snack Attack Gourmet Popcorn Company.
