Miyuki Restaurant was a platinum sponsor of the 5th Annual Uncork Corralitos Fundraiser today at Alladin Nursery and El Vaquero Winery, presented by Rotary Club of Freedom! Seated with me was fellow Rotarian Trina in the VIP w**e tasting section. One of the silent auction prizes included an exclusive private paranormal investigation donated by Lingering Souls Paranormal and Miyuki Restaurant. The lucky winner will spend a night investigating the haunted Ryde Hotel in the Central California Valley Cheers! 🍷👻

Thank you to everyone who voted for Miyuki this year. We did it again, second year in a row in the 2026 Best of Pajaro Valley! We took gold, silver and bronze. Gold for our ramen again and Lucy won silver for best server. Congrats and a job well done by our employees! 🥇🥈🥉

Last night my fellow Freedom Rotarian, George Kahumoku, came to dine at my restaurant for the first time! He is a 4-time Grammy Award winner for his Hawaiian music as a master slack key guitarist and singer-songwriter! Thanks for hanging out with us for dinner!

Last night our Kitchen Chef, Alex, was his last night at Miyuki. He has been our steady hand in the kitchen for many years. He recently graduated with a degree from San Jose State and has put it to good use with a full-time job. He will also continue his education to further his career and life goals. We will miss you Alex! Thank you for all the years of service you gave to Miyuki Restaurant. Good luck and best wishes to you in your next chapter of life! Cheers!🥃🍶❤

We are excited to announce that Miyuki Restaurant is back on the Pop-Up scene for 2026!! We are returning to the “All Custom Automotive Festival” at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, Saturday, July 11th from 1pm until we run out of food!

We will be serving our Teriyaki Bowls with grilled salmon and chicken. Come and check us out, have a great meal, and enjoy the car show!

Miyuki Restaurant is sponsoring several events that are taking place this weekend. Starting with my former office this Friday, May 15th! The Sheriff’s Activity League is having its 2nd Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser at Seascape Golf. On the same day, Pajaro Valley High School’s 1st Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser will be held at Spring Hills Golf Course. And then, Saturday, May 16th, The Asian-American, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian Heritage Month celebration will be held at the Buena Vista Brewery.
