Food Truck Friday is coming up! We will be set up in the North Parking Lot of Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka on Friday, September 4th from 11am-6pm! Come load up on your favorite BBQ Dishes and wash it down with a Fresh Squeezed Lemonade!—we can’t wait to see you!

Yesterday, Zach took a break from the food trailer and catering to get back to where it all started — Competition BBQ!

We headed to Watseka for the Smoke on the Water Rib Contest, and Zach came home with 1ST PLACE! 🥇 Congratulations, Zach! We are so proud of you!

A special thank you to Prairieview Lutheran Home in Danforth for letting us set up in their front circle yesterday! We had a great turn out and we appreciate all of your support! We hope to come back there soon!

We are up bright and early doing our final prep for this food truck Friday. We hope to see everyone there. As most of you know, this all started for us doing competition bbq and then moved into catering for a few friends and now into a food truck and doing a ton of catering! Well this Saturday we are taking the day off from the food truck & catering and we will be in watseka for the smoke on the water rib competition. If you’re in the area, swing in and say hi—and if your lucky enough we might just have a rib with your name on it! Keep smoking my friends!
