What does it feel like to be loved by customers?

It’s like a Tuesday morning, and I received the dumpling squishy toy that you normally have to line up to get. Honestly, I’ve seen it so many times on social media, and I always felt a little embarrassed thinking I’m too old to be lining up for something like this.

But today, I received it openly and proudly — this is my gift!

Customer love and support are the biggest motivation behind all our hard work. After serving customers nonstop from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, we were exhausted. But the moment we saw this drawing, it gave us a whole new burst of energy and put big smiles on our faces. 😊
