Do you know what it means and why we create it? 👀✨

From now until November 2nd, we invite you to discover one of Mexico’s most beautiful traditions: Día de Mu***os, or Day of the Dead. 🕯️🌼

This beautiful tradition reminds us that death does not mean forgetting. Through our altar, we honor the memory of our loved ones who are no longer physically with us but will forever live in our hearts. ❤️

Every element of our altar has a special meaning: candles represent the light that guides the way, marigold flowers (cempasúchil) help guide the souls of our loved ones, and salt symbolizes protection and purification. 🌼🕯️

🇲🇽 At our restaurant, we want to share a little piece of our culture, our roots, and our traditions with all of you, so you can learn about the meaning behind this very special celebration in Mexican culture.

✨ Because as long as we remember those we love, their stories and their love will live on. ❤️

A. Supporting local breweries...makes the experience more authentic to Northwest Ohio. Anyone can enjoy a carne asada taco with a Corona or Miller Lite, but only in our area can you pair carnitas with a Low Rider from Juniper Brewing Company, a burrito with Buckeye B**r from Maumee Bay Brewing Company., enchiladas with El Guapo from Findlay Brewing Co., or a shrimp taco with Busta Limes from Oncore Brewing.

Wish This Was Closer To Home!
If it was, we’d be regulars! $5 frozen margaritas, non-greasy tortilla chips served with a carafe of salsa, and fresh well prepared entrees all make this an excellent Mexican restaurant! My husband had one of the grilled pineapple dishes which he absolutely loved. I had the enchiladas...one pork, one shredded chicken, and one ground beef. I enjoyed the chicken the most, all white meat, tender, and juicy. The prices are reasonable and this was well worth our twenty minute wait!

Bring the family, grab a table, and share something delicious. Like our Taquitos Flauta. Six crispy fried corn taquitos filled with savory chicken and served with guacamole, sour cream, and creamy queso blanco for dipping. 😋
