Jana (JAH-nah) or jan is a term used in Armenia and the surrounding cultures to express affection for loved ones and add warmth and flavor to a conversation. Though there is no direct translation for jana in English, its meaning comes close to “dear” or “darling”. At Jana, we look to our ancestors to answer how food can be both tasty and healthy at the same time. Our mission is to welcome you into

Pulling from ancient Armenian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean cuisines, we serve a selection of dishes that are well-balanced, flavorful, and affordable. We use a charcoal grill to preserve the natural flavor of our meats and vegetables while avoiding excess oils. All the dishes at Jana are homemade and made to order.
