We always welcome honest feedback and take our customers’ experience seriously.
Recently, we removed several comments from our page due to offensive and aggressive language, all coming from the same individual. We did not initially plan to address this publicly after removing them.
However, after an incident involving that same person, where food was thrown at the entrance of our business, we felt it was necessary to speak up.
We believe there is a clear difference between a complaint and harassment, and this kind of behavior is not acceptable.
We are sharing this for transparency and to protect our business. If this behavior continues, further action will be taken.
If there is ever an issue with an order, we are always happy to resolve it directly and respectfully.
