Dempsey's is a Landmark business located in downtown Watertown SD - We are known for an absolute stunning atmosphere, European + American fare and craft brews We are perfect for the individual looking for a pint or large groups(20+), or families! Owner Sean Dempsey is a member of the US Pizza Team, and a third generational owner of Dempsey's - being there since day 1. We are known for our warm atm

osphere, unique decor, friendly service, and excellent cuisine. While we have quite the following on our NY style Pizzas, we are also well know for our scratch kitchen, making European staples such as my Omas Wienerschnitzel, American classics ( burgers, steaks, pastas, sandwiches, wings) and more. We are also large enough, were we can handle anywhere from a solo diner to 20+ people ( we can seat almost 160 ) and large groups are always welcome. The brewery is another gem in our pouch, as we brew a variety of staples, from Pale Ales, to easy drinking pilsners, to heavy stouts + German style Marzens. We've been here for 26 years - see why.

GOOD LUCK SEAN! Sean is on his way to Anaheim, CA for the Real California Pizza Challenge. Last year, he took #1 in Three Cheese, #2 in best sauces and a few rings for Acrobatics. This year, besides judging a few of the competitions, he will also be competing in Gluten Free & Non-Traditional. Wish him luck!

This is our, things we’ve been working on pizzas, or experimental pies, sometimes its a blast from the past- but for sure - it’s always something different. For those bold enough to order.
