OK - we have a plan! Weather looks like it's going to be good, so Nona Lisa's "equipment, tools, and other miscellaneous stuff" sale will happen Saturday, 2/18/23, from 10am to 2pm. Please bring cash, as we won't take checks and we can't take cards. Hope to see you one last time at Nona's!

For those of you who are interested, equipment includes the following, and more (unless sold before day of sale):
*Garland GPD60-2 gas deck oven ($6000)
*64x32 Defield prep table (D4464N-24M, with two salad tops, four drawers, and over table shelves, $2000)
*Proprocess Dough press on stand with undershelf ($400)
*48x30 salad/prep table (Kelvinator KCST48 w/2 doors & flip top, on wheels; suspect small coolant leak, missing one front wheel, $300)
*Toast POS System (4 screens, 1 cash drawer, 2 printers, 2 handhelds; $350 sold)

We finally did it! Our beloved building will be changing hands on 2/28, so we need to get the heck out!
