Thanks everyone for all the flavor suggestions! Think we got a whole cafe menu just from your ideas. And now we’re also hungry. 🤤

You guys came up with some great flavor combos, we’re going to try and include as many as we can and maybe mash up some ideas. 🧐 We envision monster shakes and ice cream coffee combos 😋

We’re still working really hard to have a costume party on Halloween. 🎃 🙏💪 And a grand opening soon. Thanks everyone for your support, we’re getting excited 🥳

We are finalizing our menus and would love to hear your input on your favorite ice cream, coffee and cocktail flavor combos?

Help us come up with wild and whacky flavor combos that are actually delicious. We are all ears 👂 and would love to maybe throw it on the menu if we think it sounds tasty too🍦🍨☕️

Just wanted to give a quick update to everyone that we had hired at the hiring event- we are currently getting together all of our offer letters and job descriptions and should be giving you a call within the next couple weeks to set up a start date.

We are excited to put together an incredible team and thank you guys for your patience and interest in being a crew member of Off The Railz. 🫶

We still are looking for a lead chef. Someone with a culinary degree or experience, please share, tell your people if you know anyone. We are looking for someone with an eye for flavor and fun food. We want the food to be part of the experience 🙂 Creativity encouraged 😎

We have a secret admirer. 🥰

Thank you to the kind member of our community that left us this letter. It was a sweet surprise to see it this morning, we really love being in Waterman. We have met some of the kindest people here and we can’t wait to give back even more to our community.

We may have planned everything, but you guys brought the love and support and for that we are eternally grateful.

Thanks guys for cheering us on 🥳💪🫂🥹

People keep asking us about the band that played at our block party. They are a local family band named The Dierkings. Make sure to give them a follow.

We wanted to take a minute to not only thank everyone that came out to the Block Party and made it such a successful night but to also introduce some of the crew. ( A more formal fancy 🎩 bio to come when we take our official crew shots 📸 😉 )

These are the people that had an idea and brought it life. In the first picture is the OG crew - the Owners Kallan & Jeremy with artist and social media/ marketing manager, Lauren. Kallan is a real estate superstar. He loves taking old places with history and giving them a new life. He saw the building for sale and had the idea for a new restaurant with something for everyone.

He ventured to find a restaurant manager with culinary experience and that’s when he found Jeremy. Our foodie with a heart of gold, was looking to leave the corporate restaurant industry and pursue his passion for food in a new light. They knew the building needed a face lift and that’s when fate intertwined. They were looking for an artist to paint the outside right when Lauren made a community post asking for mural work to expand her portfolio. We met and the characters Ozee and Joey Cone were born.

But, behind the scenes, while we were creating the exterior and brand image we have had the inside crew completely rebuild the interior. The second picture has our inside crew that has helped bring the vision to life and get the old building back to code. Carpenters Keagan and Ryan have helped us create a brand new place for the community to gather and our electrician Tim (from Crosby & Sons Electric) put it up in lights and is helping us get the kitchen and bar together. Bryan Lloyd Plumbing provided all new plumbing & pipes (Not pictured), George Bros. Paving also not pictured added our back loading area cement pad and parking lot!

These are the backbones of Off The Railz and we are so excited to meet you all, and share what we’ve been working on. 💙

📣 THANK YOU WATERMAN 📣

🥹 We are so grateful for the overwhelming response from the community. We will be living on cloud 9 this week thinking about yesterday’s event.

Time for us to step it up and finish the inside so we can announce our official opening date. We will be working hard to try and throw another party soon, on the inside this time. We have some very cool plans for a Halloween Costume party. Make sure to follow us for updates.
