It is a gathering place for discussion, laughter, & the heart-warming joy of enjoying a beer with friends. As a site where experiences are born, it is rooted in the collective memories of generation after generation. Hopskeller belongs to everyone and no one at the same time. Because everyone has a story, we start ours with Matt Schweizer & a homebrew showing in Waterloo, Illinois. Noticing his popularity, several local civil & business leaders requested that Matt’s homebrews become the basis of Waterloo’s brewery. Between studying abroad in Northern England and living in the Pacific Northwest, Matt brings these influences into every beer he produces.
