The bacon is 100% SALMON.

-Texas toast
-Lettuce
-Tomato
-Garlic mayo
-Salmon bacon

I took a classic and made it my own. Some will love it, some will hate it. My items seem to have that affect. Either way, it was my goal to have the most unique menu at the event!! Hopefully we are able to gather enough votes for an award!!!
