My friend Alexe, just a few doors down at BTC Grocery on Main Street, roasts a beautiful espresso for us! I’m so happy we get to serve coffee roasted by a local Main Street neighbor!
As a 5th generation Turnage, family and tradition mean a lot to me. Because my mom, Monica is Mexican, I chose this special organic Mexican roast because I thought it would be fun for our old-fashioned American soda fountain to serve a delicious Mexican espresso. ☕️🇲🇽

It’s a little nod to my heritage, a little nod to tradition, and an even better excuse to support another local business right here on Main Street. ❤️

Symptoms Of Heart Failure

Heart failure is a chronic condition in which the heart is unable to pump blood effectively. Tips To Preserve Memory

Physical exercise is one of the best things you can do to preserve memory. Consistent aerobic activity increases the size of your hippocampus, the part of the brain linked with verbal memory and learning. Eat a Mediterranean or MIND diet, rich in healthy fats, vegetables and fish. Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night. Engage in new, challenging activities to stimulate your brain, such as learning a new language or playing a musical instrument. Stay socially connected; interaction with family and friends stimulates attention and memory. Keep your cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure in the normal range.
