🚨 Important Update from the World Famous Silver Fox Inn 🚨
After a lot of consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily close the Silver Fox Inn for the summer season in order to complete an extensive remodel and address several long-overdue building deficiencies.
While we absolutely love seeing everyone throughout the summer months, we know this time and investment is necessary to create the best possible experience for our customers, staff, leagues, musicians, and community moving forward. Our goal is simple: build the best version of the Silver Fox Inn yet, Silver Fox Inn 2.0. 🦊
This remodel will allow us to fully tune up the building, improve the atmosphere, and continue making the Fox a place Alaska can be proud of for many years to come.
Our current plan is to reopen in September once the Alaska State Fair and moose hunting season begin winding down. 🫎🏔️
Throughout the process we’ll continue sharing updates, remodel progress, ideas, sneak peeks, and behind-the-scenes content as we work toward reopening bigger, better, and stronger than ever.
We also want everyone to know that our sister bar and restaurant the Roadside Inn Wasilla Alaska, will remain open 7 days a week for all your food, drinks, and pull tab needs throughout the summer. 🍔🍻
We truly appreciate the continued support from this incredible community. The Silver Fox has always been more than just a bar, it’s been a gathering place for friends, families, music, celebrations, and memories.
