Stop by and say hi tomorrow Sunday June 14 at Laughing Salmon, Noon until 4pm ‘ish or sell out. And for those who have commented that the mole sauce on the enchiladas is very rich I have a lightened version tomorrow… kind of a cross between mole and a red enchilada sauce and it is delicious! Hailey will be at the window and we hope to see ya!

For those of you who our looking for something a little different we have our amazing Banh Mi sandwich available. And yes for those of you who have been asking we will have our crazy delicious Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake Baked Alaska on the menu again! Hope to see ya!

For those of who have asked YES! Pickled mustard seeds are a thing… they are brined, then blanched 7 or 8 times to remove bitterness, then simmered in a white wine vinegar and brown sugar pickling solution. They take a lot of love but wow… sooooo delicious!

Hey everyone.. repairs are done but I won’t get my required water test done in time so opening day will be Sunday June 7. Details to come. In the meantime I’m working on bringing another new dish to the food trailer this season….Smoked Gouda Chicken Cordon Bleu with Dijon cream, Parmesan, parsley oil, and pickled mustard seeds! Really looking forward to seeing everyone! Hope you’re all hungry.
