📞 ORDERS & QUESTIONS — PLEASE READ!

Holy-Moley Donut fam, I can’t express how many messages I receive at 9 PM, 10 PM, and even later regarding orders and questions. 😂

Please remember that ALL orders and order-related questions need to be called in DURING OUR OPEN HOURS at 907-376-9800.

⏰ Orders must be called in by 7 AM the day BEFORE you need them.

I get up at 3:30 AM to start the day, and by 7:30 PM I’m in bed and asleep so I can do it all over again the next morning.

If we forgot to call and place an order the day before, unfortunately, we cannot fulfill that order last minute. We plan our production and supplies ahead of time, and we need that notice to make sure we can make what you’re requesting.

📞 Please call 907-376-9800 during open hours for all orders and questions.

🍎🎃 A QUICK NOTE ABOUT OUR APPLE CIDER & PUMPKIN CAKE DONUTS! 🎃🍎

We are SO excited to have these seasonal favorites back!

Please keep in mind that Apple Cider Donuts and Pumpkin Cake Donuts are the ONLY specific donuts that require advance notice for DOZENS — at least 48 HOURS ahead of time. **All the rest at least 7am the day BEFORE.

Why? Because I need to make sure I have enough cider and pumpkin on hand to fulfill your order. If I don’t receive a heads-up, I may not be able to fulfill your order.

I purchase our supplies weekly, so advance orders are extremely important. It helps me know how much product I need and makes sure I have everything in stock and accessible to make exactly what you’re asking for. 🥰

So if you know you’ll be wanting a dozen or more Apple Cider or Pumpkin Cake Donuts, PLEASE give us at least 48 hours’ notice! 🙏
