NEW SANDWICH ALERT
Thursday 4/30 • 2 to 6pm at Recluse Brew Works in Washougal.

We’re rolling out something loud.
NASHVILLE HOT HONEY CHICKEN SANDWICH
Coal-smoked chicken thighs soaked in house-made Nashville hot butter. Jalapeño slaw. A heavy hot honey drizzle… no, HEAVIER than that. This baby glistens like it was just born (yeah, we said it). Served on a tallow toasted brioche bun from with thick-cut dill pickle chips. It demands a cold lager. Good thing we know a place.

Not into heat? The Citrus Red Eye Pulled Pork Sandwich is back. Ever since we started building the sauce with cold brew from it has been selling out faster every time so we’re coming prepared.

New side: Cucumber Salad with Lime Vinaigrette. Bright, refreshing and exactly what you want between bites of something spicy.

Forecast is looking warm. Sandwiches and beer on the patio sounds perfect. If you miss us this Thursday we are back at Recluse on Saturday with the full spread.

Well hello. This is Driver. I wanted to formally introduce you all and take a second to thank everyone for coming out to the Spring Market at Recluse Brew Works Saturday. It’s always great to have events we can bring the trailer out to, I love cooking on that thing just as much as you all love looking at it.

Saturday was easily the busiest we have been with just a two man crew and we appreciate all of you for giving our spin on barbecue a try. My apologies for the pagers not working, I don’t know what was going on with those things, but I have new ones on the way that hopefully work better. Or farther. Or do more than flash red lights with no sound… you get it.
So yeah, thank you! In May we will be at every Thursday and the first 4 Saturdays. Thursdays will be barbecue sandwiches or taco days, then we turn it around for full menus on Saturday. Keep checking back for updates, the sandwich list goes up tomorrow morning, and I gotta be honest, I’m a little bit stoked for a new one we’re tossing in.
