If you go to our website! Find donations! Also Saturday night will do fund raising for a food truck! Hot Tamale is Family and it was created to give our city authentic healthy food! At hot tamale we inspire women to follow their cooking dreams with Honesty
Yuri and Raquel are both woman striving to care for their families.

As creators of Hot Tamale, with humbleness I ask if you can help me keep Hot Tamale open.

Let me tell you a little about me:

As a register nurse and mother of two from Zephyhills Florida. Coming back to my home town I wanted to give back. Creating Hot Tamale of Washington was a learning experience. Many times after working a 12hr shift I would cook and open the business with only 4 hrs of sleep. And would go back to my patients and do it again. I relocated to Florida to be with my children, unfortunately our partnership with a food truck was canceled as I transition to my Family.
If you could help me keep our restaurant open to provide work for our young mothers also striving for their dreams. I can’t do it alone!!
But with God and your help we can make this happen!!!
