I have a Rwandan swiss water process (SWP) decaf. I can't tell it's decaf. So that means a lot! Also in: Guatemalan, Sumatran (bold and rich), Nicaraguan, and Brazil!

Anyone else old like me and have no choice but to drink decaf more often? Sounds daunting to us coffee snobs, however....there's this swiss water process thing...long story short, it keeps the great coffee taste in the bean! no icky chemicals. this decaf is so yummy that i may start using it for my cold pressed Iced coffee. yummOOO

Just in:
Guatemalan..from Huehuetenango...Michicoy farm:
Well balanced with sweet and bittersweet flavors of caramel and baking cocoa. Thick mouthfeel with plum and dark berry as the cup cools. Can be roasted from City+ to Full City+. Also great as a Single Origin Espresso. $19/lb BOOM..yes coffee prices are rising a bit, but Guatemalan coffees have always been pricey...

Well unfortunately I think the ratio of warm:cold temps has plummeted. BOO HISS. Don't forget about stocking stuffers this year. I'm working on a decorative somethin' somethin' for the pound coffee bags. Thank goodness for Pinterest! LOL! Perk on, my friends.

We have all fell victim to adding flavored creamers to our coffee. Why? Well for one, coffee brewed incorrectly quite frankly… sucks. And two, the quality of the bean may not be that great either. A pot of Joe brewed incorrectly will taste bad… [ 335 more words. ]
