Chef Ken loves exploring new places. He completed the 2013 St. George Half Ironman and is an avid mountain biker and hiker. His love of the outdoors also led him to volunteer at Zion National Park and Kane County Search and Rescue. He also loves spending time with his family and hosting cookouts.

There you have it, a little bit about the man behind all of these incredible meals.
