Shep's Grill is currently accepting applications/resumes for a cook position.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of grill experience, with a focus on breakfast and lunch; open availability from Monday - Sunday, 5am to 3:30pm; reliable transportation; a Serve Safe Certificate (desirable but not required); excellent teamwork and communication skills; and a clean, neat appearance. Tattoos are acceptable.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Heavy lifting, maintaining a clean work environment, detailing equipment and work areas, executing orders efficiently, and constant communication

We offer:

$17 per hour starting pay with a 30 day probation period, 40-hour work week, One weeks paid vacation after first year, no night shifts, flexibility.
