Come join our team at Cup of Joy! We are located in Washington, KS. We are looking to fill a full time position.

We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer service, create quality crafted beverages and food and serve specialty baked goods while helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

What Our Team Members Will Do:
- Greet all customers timely with a friendly smile.
- Support the kitchen manager with various prep/cooking tasks.
- Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
- Accurately process transactions in Square POS system.
- Support the team by making sure the café is running smoothly. These tasks may vary, but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning, organizing and restocking condiment station, taking out trash, and other duties as assigned.
- Support a positive work environment based on teamwork to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Must have a valid US Driver's License.
- Must be available during the hours of 5:30am-2pm.
- Able to stand on your feet for multiple hours.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Have a teachable, positive attitude.
- Have a strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation.
- Be open to constructive feedback and consistently striving to improve.
- Prior customer service and/or food prep and barista experience is preferred, however it is not required. We are seeking someone who is coachable, outgoing, reliable and hardworking!
