A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our final collaboration dinner with !

This was an incredible evening exploring Erik’s boundary-pushing, cross-cultural approach to Asian cuisine through a menu that was thoughtful and innovative. It was such a fun night cooking alongside Erik and his team as we brought these dishes to life together.

Now to take all this inspiration and energy into summer menu R&D! Lobster mapo tofu perhaps?? 😋
