EP 1: KATI ROLL 🤝🏼 �Butter chicken wrapped in a crispy scallion pancake = ridiculously good. Easy, foolproof, and honestly… you just need to try it for yourself 🤪

.table table gave our new microwavable soup dumplings a fresh, herbaceous upgrade with Thai larb-inspired flavors ✨

Ingredients:�- Laoban Chicken Microwavable Soup Dumplings�- ¼ cup glutinous rice�- 1 shallot, thinly sliced�- Juice of ½ lime�- ½ tbsp fish sauce�- Pinch of sugar�- 2 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped�- 2 tbsp mint, roughly chopped�- 1 scallion, thinly sliced�- ¼ tsp chili flakes�- Laoban Soy Yuzu sauce

Instructions:�1️⃣ Toast the rice in a dry pan over medium-low heat until deeply golden, about 20–25 minutes.�2️⃣ Grind the toasted rice into a coarse powder.�3️⃣ Combine 2 tsp toasted rice powder with Soy Yuzu sauce, shallot, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, cilantro, mint, scallion, and chili flakes.�4️⃣ Microwave the dumplings according to package directions.�5️⃣ Spoon the topping over the dumplings and serve immediately 🥟
