Before it becomes a Cinnamon Sugar Bacon Lolli, our bacon takes a road trip.

It starts in Mandan, North Dakota, at Cloverdale Foods. The company has been family-owned for more than 100 years and is known for its “Big Country Flavors.” It loads onto one of our two 18-wheelers, driven by the North Dakota Farmers Union, and heads east to our kitchen.

Our team does the rest. Every piece gets cinnamon sugar and time in the oven until it turns sweet, salty, and impossible to stop eating.

Reserve your table for Friday, December 25. All of our locations are open from morning until 8pm. Some are setting out an all-day holiday buffet, some are serving our everyday a la carte menu with delicious holiday specials, and some are doing a mix of buffet and a la carte a buffet.
