Taking its name from the Georgian word for “celebratory feast,” Supra features distinct cuisine from regions within the Republic of Georgia under the direction of Chef Malkhaz Maisashvili. Over a century ago, Mitrophan Lagidze revolutionized Georgian drinks with fresh fruit and herb syrups. After a trip to Georgia to meet Mitrophan’s granddaughter, our owner Jonathan Nelms wanted to bring that legacy back to DC (starting with that iconic, electric-green Tarragon!)

Try all six unique flavors, handmade in DC but inspired in Georgia: Tarragon, Cherry, Orange, Grape ‘Saperavi,’ Chocolate, and Cream Soda.
