🌸 Sakura Blossom 🌸 Inspired by DC’s iconic cherry blossom season, this cocktail captures the delicate floral character of sakura through cherry blossom cordial and lychee. A touch of rose water, a classic ingredient in Indian cuisine, adds a soft aromatic layer that reflects our restaurant’s roots. The result is a light, elegant drink that brings together Japanese floral inspiration and Indian flavors.
