Our VP of Sales & Business Development, Yulia Shegai, and VP of Operations, Madeline Desser, had the privilege of attending the 10th Annual FAB Conference in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina.

As first-time attendees, we were inspired by the educational sessions, thoughtful programming, and seamless ex*****on of this remarkable event. Most meaningful was being surrounded by an extraordinary community of women leaders in hospitality and food & beverage—visionaries, innovators, mentors, and changemakers from across the country.

Beyond the insights and professional development, what stood out most was the authenticity, openness, and genuine spirit of support in every conversation. The connections made and inspiration gained will stay with us long after returning home.

We had the pleasure of catering the Annual Gala at The Phillips Collection.

Inspired by the special exhibition Miró and the United States, the menu celebrated Catalan and Spanish cuisine with favorites like pa amb tomàquet, pulpo a la gallega, patatas bravas, and more. Guests began with a white gazpacho amuse, followed by seafood salmorejo, an entrée inspired by the Spanish coasts and countryside, and finished the evening with mini desserts, late night bites, and of course, sangria.

Throughout the museum, four distinct tablescapes drew inspiration from the work of Joan Miró, transforming each space into a unique expression of color, creativity, and celebration. It was an evening filled with art, beauty, and inspiration.
