dc dosa dc dosa is an independent eatery inside Union Market. We serve healthy, authentic south Indian dosas cooked to order.

In July 2012, dc dosa was named the winner of the DC Start Up Kitchen/Nurish cooking contest. The judges were unanimously wowed by the tastiness, freshness, and uniqueness of the dosas in addition to the health aspects of dosas being vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free.
