360 H Street

360 H Street 360°H Street-Join the Evolution! Something spectacular is happening in one of Washington, DC’s most historic neighborhoods – the H Street Corridor in Northeast.

For generations, H Street hummed with shoppers, restaurant patrons and lively residents, lit by the bright lights of nightclubs, the Atlas Theatre and the clang of trolley car bells. H Street is now returning to those roots, but it’s no mere change. It’s not just a re-invention. It’s evolution – opening an electrifying new chapter. And 360° H Street is the completely new rental apartment address at the center of it all.

Tips for the DC Newbie (From a DC Newbie)

Walking almost everywhere is a big part of city life. Even if you take the metro, getting to your station could be a 10-minute walk or more!🚶

With this in mind, you'll want to get shoes that are comfortable to walk in for longer periods of time.👟 If your workplace or an event requires nicer, less comfortable shoes, consider bringing those as a pair to change into after your walk!
