Shelter is excited to host a day of traditional German Kölsch service! On Sunday, June 14th, we’ll be offering Bluejacket’s Baby Blue Kölsch the old fashioned way: through round after round of 20 cl (6.8 oz.) glasses until you tell us to stop!

For just $39, we’ll serve unlimited pours of Kölsch from 12:00PM-3:00PM. We’ll circulate through the crowd with freshly poured glasses, or stangen, of Baby Blue on a special tray, known as a kranz. When you empty your stange, we’ll drop one after the other, until you decide you’ve had your fill!

Plus, The Roost kitchen will be offering German-inspired food specials so that you feel even more immersed in the Kölsch way of life. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience one of the finest beer drinking traditions around!

MOSTO TEQUILA PARTY AT SHELTER FOR CINCO DE MAYO!

Join us at Shelter as we welcome Mosto Tequila and Mosto's Co-Founder, Nelson Benavides! Nelson will be at Shelter from 5-7 pm pouring tastes of all three of his Tequila expressions and talking about their line of estate grown, family owned, additive free tequilas from the Los Altos region of Jalisco.

Nelson will be pouring Mosto Blanco, Mosto Reposado, and their new Edicion Salvaje.
Mosto Edicion Salvaje is Mosto Tequila's still strength release, a 106 proof blanco tequila with no water added.

Additionally, guests at the bar can try a limited time taste of our Cucumber Strawberry Margarita with Mosto's Edicion Salvaje, with clarified cucumber and roasted strawberry for $12.

Mosto Tequila is a small-batch, modern tequila brand rooted in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco. Founded in 2022, it’s a collaboration between Mexican and U.S. hospitality professionals, built around a focus on craft production and cultural authenticity.

The tequila is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave and produced under NOM 1580 with master distiller Oscar Vázquez Camarena, emphasizing additive-free, clean expressions that highlight the natural character of the agave.
