We’re pleased to announce a new series here at the Cantina… FAJITAS WITH FRIENDS: collaborations w/ folks in DC whose work we respect & whose food we’d love to see sizzling in a skillet 🔥 

First up… Chef Matt Adler Matthew Adler of Caruso’s Grocery (and Cucina Morini)! Join us next Tue-Sat (Sept 29 - Oct 3) for a fun exploration of Italian-American flavors in some Texan-Mexican formats…

🍝 Steak Pizzaiola Fajita!
🍝 Shrimp Scampi Fajita!
🍝 Truffled Mushroom Fajita!
🍝 Chipotle Roasted Garlic Caesar!
🍝 possibly… a Chicken Parm Quesadilla (??)

Always hard to source hatch chiles so supplies are limited! Grab em while they last, we hope these are available for a week but they may go quicker
