An incredible recreation of a wedding cake for a 50th anniversary party!!

The couple’s granddaughter was my amazing apprentice, who actually did most of the baking and decorating! 🤩
(And raspberry-seed straining…. 😆)

Yellow cake with chocolate filling, raspberry cake with raspberry filling (both made with fresh raspberry puree!), and chocolate cake with raspberry filling, buttercream decorations and a combination of sugar and artificial flowers (arranged beautifully by the couple’s daughter-in-law)
