at the renowned James Beard House in NYC. Committed to supporting sustainable farming and fishing, he uses organic flour chickens and cage free organic eggs and his beef and lamb are entirely free of growth hormones and animal bi-products. Using only the freshest, locally grown ingredients offers a variety of dishes to satisfy every palette. Chef Maziar was also a member of the “Culinary for Diplomacy” program at the State Department, representing US in Italy-Sicily for cooking competitions and speaking engagements.
