Summer Restaurant Week is around the corner🍝

We can’t wait to see you! This summer’s restaurant week menu includes burrata with watermelon and tomatoes, creamy corn soup with spicy shrimp, crispy skin salmon with chickpeas and broccoli rabe, spaghetti cacio e pepe, handmade gnocchi with spicy pork ragu, and desserts like torta caprese or a deliciously summery sundae with vanilla gelato, limoncello blueberries, salted almonds, and olive oil cake croutons!

Cucina Morini x Casamara | Matt x Matt — we had a great time at last night’s chef collaboration dinner with Matthew Adler matt_e_crowley Casamara for an Evening on the Amalfi Coast!

Grilled branzino, bucatini al limone, scallops with fregola and Calabrian chili butter, heirloom tomato & citrus salad, tomato honey sorbet, strawberry panna cotta and so much more, all featuring locally-sourced produce from Chalet Farm.
