Our kitchen coaching fall cycle is off to a great start! No two sessions are the same because the program is designed in collaboration with the coachee to meet them exactly where they are and move towards their unique kitchen goals. Here’s what we’ve worked on so far this cycle:

🍳tasting and adjusting our flavoring agents to create dishes that balance salt, sweet, acid, bitter, and pungent
🍳understanding “recipes” as ratios rather than a list of ingredients to memorize
🍳batch preparing proteins —>prep once, eat twice (or more!)
🍳modular meal planning (protein, veg, starch, flavor profile)
🍳science of salt (aside from adding flavor, salt tenderizes, concentrates flavors, extracts moisture)
