We are hosting the prestigious Cena Ecumenica Dinner AIC 2026 at Stellina Pizzeria on Wednesday, October 14, at 8:00 PM!
In collaboration with the Accademia Italiana della Cucina, this exclusive dinner features an elegant, hyper-focused menu dedicated entirely to the regional artistry of preserved fish, cod, and stockfish.
Here is what our chefs are cooking up:
• L’Antipasto: Whipped salted cod over purple potato purée & crispy white polenta.
• Primo: House-made tonnarello pasta tossed with black garlic, cod, and fried capers.
• Secondo: Almond-crusted cod with earthy chanterelle mushrooms in a rich veal jus.
• Dolci: A rustic chestnut tart topped with pillowy Italian meringue.
💵 Price: $65 per person (excluding taxes and beverages).
