On October 3, we officially opened Kitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley in New York City, and to say I’m proud of our team would be an understatement.
The 125+ New Yorkers we now proudly call teammates have shown tremendous heart, dedication, and a genuine understanding of what it means to Welcome Home every guest who walks through our doors.
Those two words, Welcome Home, mean everything to us. They represent our belief that every guest deserves to feel a sense of belonging, comfort, and love. This isn’t just our restaurant. It’s your restaurant home.
Opening a restaurant is never easy. Like people, businesses are imperfect. Training, service, food preparation, and hospitality all come with challenges. But what makes the difference is having a team of individuals with genuine hearts who understand that every guest should be cared for as though they were their own mother, father, husband, wife, child, or someone they deeply love.
We understand that some guests come to celebrate life’s greatest moments, while others come seeking a little refuge from life’s most difficult ones. Regardless of what brings you through our doors, our responsibility remains the same: to make you feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
To everyone who has supported us in New York and across the country, thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving you. We are grateful for every guest, every opportunity to improve, and every chance to grow together.
We won’t always be perfect, but our commitment to caring for you will never change.
