At the end of the evening Bill and I set up our chairs in the empty + quiet seating area, taking in the beautiful sunset and deeply appreciating all of your support🙏🏼

Of course Kenny and all of our other fur babies gathered around us as well, enjoying the end to a beautifully perfect weekend 🪄

GOURMET CHEESE
with Smoked Garlic

I honestly thought our gourmet cheese pizza couldn't get any better but we added smoked & roasted garlic to it & wow!

We start with our homemade red sauce, then layer on a blend of mozzarella, sharp cheddar, white cheddar, and creamy fontina cheeses. A generous handful of smoked & roasted garlic is scattered across the top before the pizza heads into our wood-fired brick oven . Once it's perfectly baked with a kiss of char and just before we clang the bell, we finish it with a sprinkle of fresh Pecorino Romano cheese!
