Sometimes, the smallest gestures carry the most love. 🤍🕊️

A group of friends wanted to send comfort and heartfelt sympathy to a family during a difficult time, they asked us to create this charcuterie, crudité, and cracker graze on their behalf.

The little doves, hand-cut from cheese, were a special touch — a symbol of peace, love, and remembrance.

Because sometimes, food is more than nourishment. It’s a way of saying we’re thinking of you. 🤍

Part 5 | The Dessert Graze

With the bride and groom leading the party, this celebration was only getting sweeter. Mini cannoli, Italian cookies and wedding cake gave guests plenty of reasons to take a little break from the dance floor. We also had to pivot and set up our s’more station on the deck. Wedding Series: Part 4 Dinner service, with a nor’easter in the background. 🌧️🍝

Our chefs kept the celebration moving with live-tossed penne alla vodka, creamy farfalle Florentine, and lemon-herb campanelle, alongside filet, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and lamb chops from the grill.

The weather had plans of its own. Our team had dinner ready for 95 guests anyway. ❤️
