I’m looking for old pictures. Pictures of your grandparents, great grandparents, pictures that tell of a time when life and family meant so much more. They can be serious, funny, pictures of Morgan county farms, Morgan county outlaws, anything that tells a story. black and white or color. If you have a picture that you would like to share with us, drop it below or place it in the mailbox at the cafe. Let’s see who ends up on the wall!

I’ve had some comments on why is it taking so long. Well, it’s a 2-man job 98% of the time building it. My husband and son in-law have full time jobs and can only work on it 2- days a week. The Lord says that they have to rest on Sundays 🫡, hence why the cafe will also be closed on Sundays.
So let’s talk about what you can expect!
Me and my little manager, Lynnae, went to the test kitchens of Sysco and USFoods and sampled lots of bacon, sausage, and breads, to bring you what we felt were the best tasting and highest of quality products for what we are offering on our menu. We wanted to make sure that the taste and quality matched the price point!
So, what’s on the menu?
I’m not going to release it just yet! But, I will tell you this much. You can get biscuits and sausage gravy or a meat biscuit with a black coffee for $5.
One week before opening, I will release the menu, the web address, online ordering details and any other bits of information you might need to make your first visit a memorable experience! Get excited, y’all!

Plumbing is done
Water meter is set
Gas is run and meter is set
Parking lot has been graveled very well
Menu has been finalized
Electrical starts next week
*as soon as menu is formatted, I will release it for viewing.
