We took our customer-favorite Bride of Frankenstein ice cream and turned her into one seriously loaded specialty shake!

She's Bride of Frankenstein ice cream, whipped cream, crushed white chocolate chips and heath toffee pieces, and white chocolate syrup with Golden Oreos on top.

🍫 Did you know chocolate ice cream comes in different shades of brown?

Much of that color comes from the cocoa! Different cocoa varieties and the way they’re processed can create lighter brown, reddish-brown, or deep, dark shades. Blending chocolate into a milk-and-cream base also lightens its color. 🤎

At Nickey’s, we use Ghirardelli Chocolate & Cocoa in our homemade chocolate ice cream. Our blend with our creamy dairy base gives each scoop its familiar lighter chocolate shade!
