Lizzie Keays sits inside a building that’s been part of Warrensburg for over a century. It was once a shirt factory along the Schroon River, where the space moved with the rhythm of industry.

Today, it feels entirely different. The structure still holds that history, but now it’s soft lighting, thoughtful plates, and a calm, easy energy that makes you want to settle in. There’s a nice balance here; past in the walls, present on the table.

Now led in the kitchen by chef Billy Trudsoe, a Hells Kitchen alum, the menu leans into that same idea: familiar roots, done with care and intention. Nothing forced, just good food in a space with real history.
