Hello Friends! We are starting to get a lot of inquiries on our Gristmill page, as more and more of our Seasonal Friends are returning to the Area.
As some of you may, or may not know, we lost our Beautiful GristMill to a Fire in November 2020. It started in the Kitchen in the middle of the night, with a malfunctioning Cooler. We are truly devastated at the loss, and the GristMill is a complete loss.
However, we have Moved our GristMill Chefs, and our Wonderful Staff to our New Location, named The Bond, 1786, the former Merrill Magee Restaurant. We are still right in Warrensburg, and invite you to Dine with us in our new, Beautiful Location. We also have an Inn on that Property, and would be delighted to accommodate you.

With sadness in our hearts we share that our beloved Grist Mill has succumbed to a devastating structure fire. The blaze started in the very early hours of Sunday morning after a busy Saturday dinner service. An enormous thank you to our local fire departments for a VERY quick and effective response which allowed us to salvage some of the artifacts and history. We are devastated by the extent of the damage but are so relieved that no one was injured. We appreciate the outpouring of support from our faithful customers, please keep our amazing staff in your thoughts, without them the Grist Mill would not have been what it was. We will share future plans as we devise them. As always, thank you for your encouraging words. We are all truly heartbroken. The Lotus Group has put 5 years of love and care into making the restaurant what it was. The Grist Mill, an icon that will never be forgotten by our loyal community will always remain a significant part of Warrensburg history.
