I will start off this post by saying this is Eric one of the owners of Bucket Brigade Pizza Co. I will let you know that this is the first post I have made on the page. I want to give a big shoutout to my wife and the other owner/ real boss of Bucket Brigade Pizza Co Natalie Hastings. This week I will be spending a week in Canada fishing while Natalie will be running the pizza truck and taking care of our house. Natalie is the person that makes the business run she does all of the social media, prep and behind the scenes work that takes hours upon hours. During the summer Natalie puts in upwards of 70-80hrs a week just keeping the truck on the road. So this week when you see our truck out stop in say hi and get a pizza from the better pizza cook! I will also say Natalie is the best boss I’ve ever had and wouldn’t trade working with her for anyone else. Another shoutout to the employees and family that make the business run. Most of you have met Mason my son and Kathy my mom but they are rockstars as well and are much appreciated! Lastly we have a brand new employee Alexis she’s another rockstar that we are lucky to have if you haven’t already stop out and introduce yourself and give a big welcome to Alexis!
