we lost a legend yesterday. 🤍

one who touched my heart in so many different ways. i grew up on her music because of my mama, and as i got older, i learned to love not only her music, but the person she was.

dolly always stood for what was right. she encouraged everyone to be exactly who they were, to dream big, and to never stop using their imagination. she believed every child deserved the chance to learn how to read and discover the magic that comes with opening a book.

so, from now through saturday, we’ll be collecting donations for the Imagination Library so kids can continue receiving books from Aunt Dolly. we’ll be making one big donation in honor of my mama, because i know how much dolly meant to her, too. 🤍

i will always love you, dolly. thank you for leaving the world a little kinder, a little brighter, and a whole lot more imaginative.
