Our seasonal drink is our spiced persimmon matcha with your choice of milk or sweet cream. Hojicha is a Japanese roasted green tea. The roasting process removes much of the caffeine which allows us to enjoy drinking it all day long without worrying if it will keep us up at night.

We have loose leaf and hojicha powder. The powdered form can be used just like matcha but it is lower in caffeine with a more toasty, nutty, and cocoa like flavor profile.

Come in on Sunday, August 16th at 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. We will have a limited menu highlighting our usucha matcha. Usucha is a tea made using a higher grade matcha. It is served hot, unsweetened, and with a small sweet or candy on the side.

We will also have a small selection of sweets for purchase.

Come in and enjoy a traditional matcha and some delicious sweets!

Due to a recent opportunity and the current projects we are working on, we made the decision to change our hours until further notice.

Starting August 9th, 2026, we will be closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

We will also be closed Thursday August 13th as we will be in Atlanta for a conference.

We will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Along with this change in hours, we will be conducting more specials events. It will be a combination of reserved seat tastings and open to the public special events. Please check our social media updates.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however we need to make this change to continue to grow our brand and our services.

Thank you for your understanding and we hope to continue to serve Oklahoma the best we can.
