If a cookie falls on the floor and you squat down to pick it up, that's exercise, right? 🤷‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🍪

By my calculations:
🍪 1 dropped cookie = 1 squat
🍪🍪 2 dropped cookies = leg day
🍪🍪🍪 3 dropped cookies = personal training session
🍪🍪🍪🍪 4+ dropped cookies = basically an athlete 🏆😂

🍪🤣 By this point, we're basically counting cookies as part of our wellness routine!
